Our Story

It’s a simple story.

We liked to drink, a little too much…we dabbled in cutting back, sober curious, California sober and dry January.

Turns out for us, moderation worked. The issue? It’s hard to moderate A 12% ABV glass of wine.

That’s why we began mixing our (very nice wine) with sparking water, this drew some suspect looks.

It also turned our friends into lifelong spritz converts.

We jokingly say it’s white claw for grown ups.

always delicious, made from high end California varietals with low amounts of sugar, calories and only 4.5% ABV. Non-ALC versions available in every variety.
